it really depends on how "different" the individual acts...if the individual gets tongue-tied it is probably because he doesn't want to say something foolish, or he may be thinking too hard of what to say, and ends up with nothing to say. if he acts mean, well, i guess he really doesn't like you at all...booty call. in any case, don't judge an individual by what he says, judge him by what he does. if he really likes you, it'll show through his actions...
