Do you mean the little hut where there is a machine gun?
For that place, you have to go around the building. (Turn right when you are facing the front of the building to go around it) Make your way behind it until you get to the back of the building. Inside there are intelligence documents so make sure to look inside the building. Then leave the building and turn around. You should see a small tunnel. Go in the tunnel and you have made your way out.
I got lost many times in that game too. lol, but it was fun. Keep your eyes open!
