If you needed some computer work or upgrades, where would you go to get it done?...would you try and do it yourself, go to a computer store, hire a friend or family member?...I am asking this out of curiosity and as research for my business. I own a computer upgrade and repair business here in Wichita KS and I just want to see what you all might say to this question...thanks in advance!

If I needed something repaired, I'd just replace the damaged component with a newer one.
As for upgrades, like buying new components, I'd buy from a store with lowest prices in my area.
And good customer reviews are important.

I would do it myself because I know my way around computers but most people would take it to a store.

Do it myself. I also provide support for my friends and colleagues in time of computer issues.
