The only thing that can affect is carpel tunnel syndome...but that's it, every thing else is pretty normal.

Umm i donth think that there are any physical side effects, however chronic masturbation desensitizes sexual capacity. So even if you do get a man soon, it would be kind of hard for him to please you the way that you like, and therefore it would force you to continue mastubating frequently, possibly endagering your relationship.

It's healthy. Just as long as you don't let it take over your everyday responsibilites. But yeah, your body releases different hormones and chemicals that actually do your body good while that's going on. If you're a man, I've also heard it keeps your prostate healthy; if you're a woman, it also helps to relieve cramps during PMS.
