In the story of Joseph (The Dreamer), in the Bible, one of his brothers is named Ruben. I think he is the eldest brother, who decided to sell their brother Joseph to a band of travellers, after they dumped Joseph because they were so envious of him. Joseph was his father Jacob's favorite son.

it reminds me of the HUGE crush i had on this guy named ruben in middle school. I liked him for years! I thought he was the hottest guy in the world at the time but now i'm all grown up and just look back and think its funny. i dedicated a whole diary to the guy..............i was obsessed. I should make it into a book it's freakin hilarious :D
