I can tell you healthy carbs is the way to put on some weight.Potatoes,pasta,breads,anything white had lots of carbs.Don't over do it on the sodas and candies that is bad for you.But eating the right carbs will help you gain the essential weight you want and don't forget vitaminssssssss.Most important drink plenty of water.If all else fails go to GNC and get into their drinks.

3 pounds is not going to do anything for you. I used to be 5'5" and only weighed 92lbs. I wanted to gain weight so bad. Now Im about 112. Im happy, of course if I gained a little more it would be ok. But dont rush it. I dont know how old you are, but soon enough you will get a little weight on you. Just think....models starve themselves & take drugs to be thin. You dont have to do anything, youre lucky. And if you are like me you can eat whatever you want. Mcdonalds wont work. I eat fast food for lunch 5-6 days a week & im still thin. if you want to see what i look like....go to www.myspace.com/mandee903 I have a small booty, but its got shape to it...its certainly not big & guys love it, even though i think it could be a liitle bigger, but im a skinny thing!

Honestly, if you want to gain in a healthy way than you should eat peanut butter. Try and eat 2 PBJ sandwiches a day- or just eat peanut butter at night....

Also eat meals later... try having dinner as late as possible

big dinner right before you go to bed

dont eat mcdonalds... that will help u gain weight but it will also put lots of other sh*t in ur body that will make u unhealthy. Wut you should do is eat alot of meat and other things that have lots of calories but not too much junk. Try to eat more then u do as well.
