I am graduating next year w/ a MS in I/O psycholohy but I have no clue what type of job I can get with this degree. Other than training, does anyone have any ideas?

There are many career options you consider with an industrial/organizational psychology. You can work for human resource department, work in management or work for one main company while being staffed out to smaller companies.
