I know this is an odd question and is based on taste alone, but looking at nominees for award seromonys like the brits and the grammys it makes me wonder who is voteing. is it ppl who like pop and mainstream music who wouldn't know good rock music if you hit them with dave mustaine's guitar. But seriously who do you think is the best rock group ever?

Radiohead. Absolutely no contest. And if anyone tried to hit me with Dave Mustaine's guitar I'd tell tehm to take their dull old American 'rock' and get some musical invention.... and Queen???? Puh-lees - the most over-rated twaddle in rock history (or at least since the Doors)

Well everybody knows the Beatles are the best rock group ever, so I'll assume you meant to ask what is the best rock group after the Beatles: I'd say its a toss up between Led Zep and The WHO.

The Best Rock Band EVER has to be PINK FLOYD
There are other good bands such as The Who, Led Zep, Deep Purple but Pink Floyd are the Best.
