he is referring to a rapper named canibus. canibus had the spotlight shining on him a little bit when LL Cool J dissed him on a track that canibus was featured on with LL. L was salty about a line canibus used when recording the song so L told him to change it. Canibus did but LL still dissed him on the track but told canibus nobody would know who L was talking about. Canibus is from canada and has skills but ever since then he's been the butt of alot of rappers punchlines. he tried to come back and diss LL after the incident i mentioned earlier with a track called 2nd round knockout. But the legendary LL ripped him apart on a response track to the knockout cut.
