Is there a bathroom on the bus? Go and check RIGHT NOW before a stain sets in. Wash out your pants. Better wet than stained.
Don't worry about it though. I never took a bus trip that at least 2 or 3 people didn't crap their pants. Next time hitch hike. Even that is better than bus travel.....
