Always go after a good running back ASAP. There are plenty of quality WR's out there, you still will get good WR's later. Good RB's are much more of a premium, if you wait too long to get a RB you will end up sub-par at that position.

A RB will get you far more points on average than a WR. A great game for a WR would be 10 catches. Most RBs have that in a qtr and a half. RBs on average have more TDs, more touches per game, more chances to score. Here is how I draft Top 4:
1) RB
2) RB
3) QB
4) WR or maybe another RB, depending on who is left on the draft board

Running Back the quarterback has only one running back to give to on 1st and 10 while he has 2 or more options at wide receiver.

RB should definitely be first, U could get an elite wr in da 2nd round while the elite rb's wont last past the first 5 picks. Besides the rb's put up way more numbers in total yds and tds, a wr wont even touch past 15 tds.

running back scores most touchdowns. Most leagues give points for every multple of 20 yards carried and points for every multiple of 50 yards receiving, so running back gets more points than receivers. Pick a running back who also brings in an average of 50 yards receiving each game.

running back because they don't share their touches with other people, well at least not the ones you're considering for a number one pick.

They are both important of course but if I was a QB I need someone who will consistently catch the passes!
