I'm no doctor
but i drink green tea everyday. and I say yes... I believe Ive maintained my weight because of it.... granted I still feel I should lose a few pounds but I think thanks to green tea everyday I havent gained extra weight even if one day I ate bad or was below active.
I also attribute my nice skin to green tea.
I luv green tea!
