If you only took a single test, make sure to repeat the tests a few weeks later. Refrain from any sexual activity several days before the test (though no more than 10).

A doctor should check to see if you have varicocele. In addition, there are hormone tests that can be done.

Some things you can start right away are - wearing boxers, avoiding very hot showers, taking a multi-vitamin with lycopene, stop smoking, etc...

Start taking a multi-vitamin and l-carnatine. It takes up 3 months for sperm to regenerate so what you do today will affect your sperm in 2-3 months.
