Memphis Belle- Saw it LONG ago, Matthew Modine and Ben Browder is about all I remember. I dont remember hating it, so its at least 6.

Platoon- Possibly the best Oliver Stone film. Pretty good, but if youre looking for a Vietnam War film.... Full Metal Jacket is the way to go in my opinion. I'd give it 7, maybe an 8. There is a young Johnny Depp in it, complete with a Winnona helmet if that does anything for you.

This is Spinal Tap- The arguement in front of Elvis' grave alone easily earns it an 8. Its a great mockumentary, but Ive shown it to people, and some of them just dont like it. Its one of those films. If you liked "Best In Show", chances are you will like this movie.

Mulholland Drive - Another David Lynch obsessed with the Dichotomy of man film. If you want a better Lynch Film, watch Blue Velvet. If you want the BEST Lynch series, watch Twin Peaks in my opinion. I'll give it an 8, because its visually stunning in places. Lynch knows how to mess with a narrative fairy tale better than anyone.

The Princess Bride - CLASSIC !!!! Easily a 9.

Tommyknockers - Havent seen it.

What Lies beneath. Havent seen it

The Dark Crystal - Henson Productions attempt to make a serious muppet film. Good stuff, not great. If you want to watch GREAT muppets.... Watch Farscape. 6.

The Crow - Standard Dark Action fare, good soundtrack.... Nice use of shadows and light in places. Good film. 7

Quills- Good performaces, a bit kinky and suggestive. 7

Full Medal Jacket - Probably the Best Film of the Bunch.... 9 Its almost two seperate films. There's a serious narrative switch between the absurdity of basic training and the absurdity of war.

Monty Python and the Holy Grail - If you like British Humour, this is a classic. Quotable amongst most geek and I.T. types.... Good film. BRING OUT YOUR DEAD !!!! Its just a Flesh Wound.... Its Got Fangs !!!! The extras on the DVD with the Lego men is worth the price of admission. I'd give it an 8. I like the Life of Brian a bit better.

Jacob's Ladder- Oh this is just a twisted film. Visually messed up, it reminds me a of NIN video in places. Tim Robbins does a great job in this film I think. Its not for the weak of heart I feel. I'd give it an 8.

Like Water for Chocholate - Its one of those foriegn films that everyone recommends, but probably shouldnt. Its good, but there are so many better films to see. I'd give it a 7.

Ground Hogs Day - Eh.... its okay. 6

The Butterfly Effect- Could have been better. Had an interesting idea, then lost it in the translation. 6.

Eyes Wide Shut- Again, another interesting idea, power exchange, sex, BDSM, and it could have been a very good film. Thanks Tom Cruise for screwing this up with your inability to act.
Stanley Kubrik's last film.... I'd sadly give this a 7, but some scenes are very powerful.

Fear- One of Reese Witherspoon's and Mark Wahlberg's first films. It has its moments, but its pretty campy.... typical standard fare. 5.
