There is no state law prohibiting this action. However, there are other ramifications you may want to consider. If a company employs the therapist, the company may have a policy forbidding fraternization (dating and friendships) with clients. If the therapist is licensed or accredited in anyway, if the relationship soured, the other party could file a complaint along the lines of sexual harassment against the therapist. If the therapist feels strongly about dating their client, then I would recommend that all massages take place "off the clock."

There is no law against it ... it's just extremely unprofessional and starts to smell like hooker/gigilo.
