I used to. Sometimes I still do. Sometimes I'm more practical and think that there are multiple people that any one person could end up with - none of them perfect.

I believe that there are people who you end up getting a long with better then others... people who you have a lot in common with... who you have more chemistry with.. etc. But I think that there is no such thing as "perfect". Everyone and every relationship has weak areas... and strong ones as well.
I think that a "perfect boyfriend/girlfriend" is someone who allows you to be yourself... loves you for who you are... makes you feel good about who you are... is supportive, HONEST, kind and considerate. They don't abuse you... verbally, emotionally or physically. They make you feel accepted and appreciated. That's my idea of perfect... but everyone falls short sometimes... that's what happens when you're human.

there are people who are just on a similar wavelength, they seem to understand each other and communicate effortlessly, that doesn't mean that they don't have to work on aspects of their relationship from time to time . . .
