Not if the gunman is only wounded. If the Islamofascist is killed, and then rescusitated, he could have his 72 virgins, but only for the amount of time he was actually dead for. In this scenario, if the same Islamofascist dies in martyrdom a second time, he will then get 72 new virgins (the other 72 would have been de-flowered the first time around).
