1. Gather evidence that Newton was wrong. (Warning: there's not much!)
2. Develop a better explanation of ALL the evidence, INCLUDING the evidence that supports Newton.
3. Publish in a reputable peer-reviewed journal.

This was already done 100 years ago by Einstein and others. Newton's laws break down when applied to extremely high speeds or extremely small objects.

This was remedied by Albert Einstein's Special Theory of Relativity for high speeds and by quantum mechanics for small objects.
