I live in San Francisco, and it rarely snows there. One can safely say there won't be any this winter. I heard that it snowed up on Twin Peaks in December of 1988, the coldest winter I've seen. I wasn't up there,so I didn't see it. It melted in an hour or less, I hear. I haven't heard of any snow since then-17.7 years ago.

I live in Tonsberg Norway and the first snowfall will most likely be in Early November and be here until late April.....

Snowing where i live (at the present time) happens once every 5-10 years if you are lucky. We where lucky Christmas a few years ago then 8 months later Katrina was knocking on our door. So i am doubting it will snow here this year but you never know. (SE Louisiana btw)

I just moved to North Dakota and I hear that snow can fall as early as October.

Northern TX - rarely get snow - more likely to get a good ice storm Dec-Feb. Would rather get snow.
