I sometimes shake alot when i'm not even nervous at all for no reason. Not just 'shaking', but I mean, my hands shaking, I can probably not be able to hold a video camera straight because of that, lol, nor lay my hand just flat in mid-air. Also, it's not some out-rage shaking, it's just a mild case of barely-shaking, etc. I'm just very curious. My family has told me that it's normal to do so. Nothing has been medically proven for something to be wrong with me. I'm just looking to hear some thoughts?

if you've been tested for hyperthyroidism, aren't having low blood sugars, and don't have Parkinsons, AND if your family thinks is normal ---- it's probably a familial or essential tremor. check it out here: http://www.nlm.nih.gov/medlineplus/ency/article/000763.htm

i have a theory..that is that you shake when your are trying to hold steady unless your hand is totally relaxed. the central nervous system will not allow most people to keep and extended reach or as you put it a hand in mid-air without some kind of small tremors. try it for yourself again..then rest your hand flat on your thigh and test this theory for yourself..i have and all three times my hand shook as I tried to steady it..
