All foetuses start out life as females. Once the male chromosomes kick in, it produces what will be the male organs and reduces the breasts buy obviously cannot make the nipples disappear

ALL Mammals have nipples. Men's nipples are not functional because of LOW estrogen.

All normal mammals of both sexes have nipples. The chromasome mix and embryonic conditions determine whether there are functioning mammary glands beneath.

we hve them because we are female at early stage in mums pregnancy! Then the genes start to change, which determines our sex! or something like that!
