I've heard tuna fishes do fart but the smell is so bad that makes other fishes think it over when they wanna fart.
Although fish doctors do not suggest this behaviour to be repeatedly performed by a fish but if you see your fish farting frequently you have to consult a FFD (Fish Fart Doctor). Yeah they exist.

Yes, but as they also poop continously the bubbles get stuck in the poop. did you even see a big goldfish with poops bubbles causing the fish not to be able to swim down? I have.
