Talking about mostly Laptop. I am a sims fan and i need i good gaming computer? what do u think of alienware?

Got an Area 51m 7700 (have been waiting 10 years to get an Alienware) and it is literally the best laptop I could ever hope for. For a gamer, there's nothing better! As said above, it is pricey..VERY pricey but you get exactly what you pay for..a top of the line system that isn't going to be obsolete in a year....as far as being owned by Dell....I called them up last week when I heard just to find out what's going on and they said it was true, Dell did merge with them....I stated that I was happy to get an original then..he laughed and said that Alienware made the merger so they could get parts for less money (which will be great for ya'll looking to buy one!) He said they are always going to be the same mind blowing systems and that Dell is leaving their whole company alone to just keep doing what they have been doing...THANK GOD!

It's generally a good brand of computer for gaming. Alienware is expensive because the stuff in the computers are aimed at a great gaming experience, and those are the kinds of things that raises the price on the computer (video card, processor, RAM, etc.)
So, if you want a good computer for gaming, go for an Alienware (and if you have the $$ to afford). Otherwise, look at other companies like Dell, eMachines, Gateway, etc. these companies make the gaming machine/system too.

I have two Alienware computers.Both sweet computers. Both my sons are big gamers and these systems rock. Great customer service. With techs who know there stuff! They can 1 year guarentee which they stand behind. They will either send a tech to your home free or pay shipping both ways for any problems.
A little high priced but good quality cost more. I would buy one again.
(Dell bought alienware this past winter.)
