I think they do. Unfortunately, there are so damned many terrorist groups, I have lost count. I look around me and I see Gangs in every town...they are real terrorists, and yet we do nothing to stop their savage acts. We don't seem to be willing to seal our borders against walking into the US....all this money for Homeland Security, and it seems the only thing it buys is excuses. Interesting government we have.
