Yes, the customer is always right, but not in a technical sense. If a customer complains, and you want their business in the future, even if their demands are unreasonable, then you give them what they want. Better to lose a few dollars now than lose hundreds if not thousands of dollars in business in the future. The majority of customers are reasonable and just want what they feel they are entitled to. Very few customers take advantage of a "satisfaction guaranteed " policy. Those that do are dealt with accordingly.

Customers just needed to be treated as though you would like to be treated while shopping at that store.

Customers can get a little out of control at times, but haven't we all had a bad day? Settle the matter as calmly as you can so that both parties leave without any bad vibes.

there is such a thing, but there are limits to it was well. There are still rules that have to be followed or else people would lie and take advantage of this...

NOOOOO WAAAAAAY.
Even though customers pay, they're not always right. What a nonsense. If that's the case we can't argue with another strange sentence: money can buy anything.
For me neither!

If your business depends on your customers (as it always does) then yes, customers are always right, you may not be able to help them with their problem but they are right. Fortunately that doesn't mean there is anything you can do about whatever it is they are angry about...that is the part that I like best!
