First of all, that was an awesome work for a teenager, you should be proud of it. I would however suggest that you should work on your shading technique a little bit more. That will bring life and expression to the work. And since the eye is a part of a bigger whole (face), I will also suggest that you make the outlines of those other parts that feature in the work a little bit more prominent as that will show that the eye is a part of something rather than a stand-alone. That is awesome! I like the geometric (square block) and shadows. You present an interesting composition. It is never too soon to discovery your talents!

Well... you are VERY good... you are veeery young to be so good. Congratulations!! but... one complaint... the painting is kinda creepy... I don't get what it is!!, but hey!, weren't Picaso's paintings weird too???
