If you are underage and looking for piercings well... I just wouldn't trust the place if they were willing to pierce you. If they are willing to do that much illegally, who knows what else they might be doing that is illegal. It is *so* important that the place is clean. So just be careful with it. Maybe try talking to your parents more about it. Make sure you find someone who is reputable!

I hope you're not considering getting your belly button pierced without consent of your parents. If you're thinking about doing that, then good luck gaining your parent's trust back!

oh thats easy, . . do it yourself. examine where everyone else's piercing is on their bellie botton. and just do it like you pierce your own ear. And keep the phone near by, just in case you mess it up. (you know if you panic and have to call 911 coz your guts are leakin all over the floor).
Otherwise, get over it. By the time you're of legal age to have it done yourself. It will be out of fashion, except for the geekiest of late blooming nerds.

I wouldnt trust anyone that would actually do it. And doing it behind your parents back is not a good idea! Just wait. Whats the rush?

I'd be a little cautious about getting something done at a place that doesn't obey the law...what other laws do they ignore? Just wait till your of age.

If you can find one to do it, you don't want them to bc they won't be clean and sterile and who knows how much more you'll come out of it with? Meaning that you could get serious infections as well as viruses(HIV and AIDS).

people who are willing to break laws are probably just as willing to risk your health by having unsafe conditions and not using proper methods to pierce you. please discuss it with your parents or wait till your older. you'll appreciate and care for your piercing then

Even if you find someone i wouldn't ever go to them, shady business practices could mean poor quality.
