I guess you need visa since we need one for America. Actually, I think everyone needs visa to enter Serbia. So an American wants to visit us? Well have a nice time, maybe you should visit some buildings which were destroyed by American bombs. Sorry, it has nothing to do with you, really have a nice time, there are so many things to see! Belgrade is beautiful, I'm there at the moment. Enjoy! (if you get visa)

Since Serbian citizens need visa for USA, I think the same is required for USA citizens who want to enter Serbia. Try to contact the closest consulate of Serbia and Montenegro in your country and ask them. You can also try the link of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Serbia;

It's a shame Srbia doesn't require visas after USA bombed the hell out of Serbia and sided with Albanian terrorists! Clinton is a war criminal.

From US citizens is only required to have their Passports to visit Serbia, up to 90 days.

You don`t need a visa!Why would you?Serbia is not part of Europe...Enyone can come to us,but we can`t go enywhere as normal people....As Sasha said..... welcome.....
