What do you mean by "get" a baby? Can you make a baby? Absolutely. Anyone, even people who are labeled sterile can make babies. Never know when a live one will come out.

Well, normal sperm counts start at the low end of 20 million sperm per millileter-150 million sperm per millileter. Are you sure yours is just 1.6 million per millileter. This will make it very difficult to conceive without some help. But, the motility is average, so this may help. Theoretically it only takes one sperm to make a baby. Have you and your partner contacted a urologist or infertility specialist? There are ways, such as IUI and invitro to help men with low sperm counts have babies. Good luck!
