I would go with viruses. Bacteria is cured by antibiotics. Fungi is sometimes used as an antibiotic, and yeast is basically a certain type of fungi. Ex- If you get a viral infection, HIV, Hepatitis C, or Influenza you can get a treatment or vaccine (Flu Shot) but no cure. However, if you get a bacterial infection, Gonorrhea, Syphilis, or Chlamydia you can be cured by antibiotics in most cases.

Virus can't be stopped by antibiotics as they are not living like the bacterias. Yeast are living and also fungi.
But there are some medical possibilities to stop some viruses, but as I said it is NOT antibiotics.

• Antibiotics work against bacteria.
• Antifungals (fungicides) work against fungi. Since yeast is a fungi, antifungals will work against it.
• Antivirals work for the viruses alone.
Therefore antibiotics do not have any role to play against fungi, yeasts and viruses. They are used for bacterial infections.
