My piercer to me I can change my belly ring when it stops hurting and I can't unscrew either ball on the barbell. I was wondering if both balls unscrew because i bought some replacement balls.

Don't cut the bar, don't use pliers. put on some latex gloves before you try anything else. the gloves give you a better grip. If that doesn't work then go back to your piercer.

It depends on your bar,you do need help because at least one will come off and usually, now that these piercings are more popular, both of the balls can be changed out

The top ball should unscrew. If it doesn't try cleaning around it with the cleaning solution you use to clean the piercing. That should work.

I think they do. Most people take their bellybutton rings out by the bottom one. Use a wrench or some pliers!

try some heavy duty wire cutters. That might do the trick if all else fails.
..Or like the things they use to cut off padlocks and chains.
