Sadly, "Iz", as he is/was affectionately known, is no longer with us, but his beautiful rendition of 'Somewhere Over The Rainbow/Wonderful World' can be found on his album,
"Alone in Iz World". (It was on the ER episode when Dr. Green died)...

yup what they said...israel with the hard to say last name. i love that song. they also use it as background music in the rice krispies commercial with the mom and daughter listening to the popping noise of the cereal!
