RECOVER the excess money not properly payed to workers is why . SEE i only have to pay a man as much as he needs to eat and have a shelter .SO people who work are payed very little for there labor . and those who work money are paid much better with no thought of where the money comes from in the first place .
IT says right on it for all debts public and private .
SO inorder for the first penny to be paid someone must have something someone else wants and for years free men trade in gold and silver precious stones and jems and pearls while slaves were allowed some small plot of land to squat on as long as they worked hard for the land owner and bartered goods and services among themselves for years without money .
MONEY was for the rich .
BY giving it to the poor for there work as the debt you owe them and yaking in gold in trade you promise that the money is good .
BUT by taking to much of it from the workers we insist on getting something back .medicine health care and we do not want to see beggers in the streets .SO social services are needed for those who refuse to work for money that has no value any more .

Take a look at the national defecit. Sooner or later you have to pay for what your spending.
