THERE ARE SO MANY I DONT KNOW WHERE TO BEGIN!
What I use is :
First of all when i know im suppose to get my period i eat a lot of yogurt - it really helps. Then after i get the period i take a cloth and soak it in Arrack and put it on the lower abdomen until the pain is gone. most important is to relax and drink a lot of water.
There are so many more home-made remedies you can use, I added a website i think might help.
I hope you feel better!

As strange as it may sound, if you can find the willpower to exercise for at least 15 minutes, it will ease your cramps and also help you sleep, no meds necessary. Along with that, drink lots of water and avoid milk while on your period.

No meds, huh? Applying heat..like using a heating pad on the lower part of your tummy helps. Also drinking warm milk always calms my cramps a bit.

Coming from me, I have HORRIBLE want to roll over and die, screaming cramps sometimes, and I hate taking medicine. I did, however find that putting pressure on your lower tummy and drinking liquids helps a lot.

You will feel tired a few days before your period.
Before or during your period... Don't eat salad with vinegar or anything sour. Eat beef stew with some fatty stuff.
During your period, drink warm fluid. Eat chocolate. Sleep with a rolled up tower under your lower back.
Try this for the next 2 months. Please comment in 2 monthes so others can benefit.
