Do you think there should be stiffer penalties for vehicular manslaughter?

Manslaughter should earn the same sentence across the board, no matter what weapon is used. And the taking of a human life should not come cheaply. A minimum of 10 years sounds fine to me.

why most of the time thats from a acident muders cold blooded only get 5 years

most definitely...I work doing criminal background checks, and there is hardly any kind of penalty at all!! It is ridiculous!!

i think they should toss rocks at people and then dip them in egg batter and fry them...
