Have the leak fixed immediately, or it will cause more damage. Use a product called "Micro-ban" on the mold. It is a type of bleach, and may discolor paint, that is persistent. Ordinary household bleach will just kill the mold on the surface, and quickly evaporate. Micro-ban will persist on the surface killing the mold before it reappears.
Wait a couple of weeks, and retreat with Micro-ban as necessary, to ensure all of the mold is killed before repainting.

Obviously step number one is to stop the leak. Then kill the mold. (Bleach works well). Then go to the hardware store and buy yourself a can of Kilz spray paint.
If your ceiling is flat white Kilz will match pretty darn close. If not you may have to repaint the entire ceiling. Either way the bleach/Kilz combination works well and should be used prior to any repainting.

Mold can normally be removed with a household detergent containing an anti fungal agent. Wear the proper safety gear - gloves and mask.
