Sounds like the pump is the problem. Check the reservor to make sure it is not leaking out of there. If is not, follow the lines as best as you can. Wipe off any dirt or grim to get a good look. Unforunately signs will probably point to a new pump. Pumps usually arent too hard to change if you can get your hands on it. Autozone carries those, price one there and then call your local salvage yard and ask what the price would be if were able to find one. Figure out which one is most worth your time, sometimes its only a few dollars more to get a new one and a heck of a lot easier. Good luck and let me know if you need anything.

You will need to find the leak. It cound be the pump, a hose or the rack. When you find the leak, you will know whether or not you need a pump.
