i would say the hairdresser because i have not tipped a bartender. if someone does a good job with my hair and they put a lot of time into i give a good tip. with a bartender they pour you a drink and they are done. a good drink does not make me look in the mirror and say "wow that looks really good"

definetly bartenders get more people interested in them.

It depends on the location, obviously. A hairdresser in Beverly Hills will make substantial tips on their $500 haircut.

In general, however, a bartender will rack up more tips because of the volume issue. In a busy location, the bartender will see many times more patrons.

Drunks will get interested in anybody, even a gay bartender. Hairdressers operate in a more sober environment, where the potential for romance is reduced by at least 90%.

I tip the cosmetologist more than I tip the beverage engineer. The "hairdresser" takes more time providing her service to me, in a business where time is money. A bartender doesn't require a lot of time to provide his client with a drink, and if he rushes and screws it up, nobody loses the tip of their ear.

I dont know. Probably a bartender. I am an exotic dancer and I get more people interested in me and more tips than either of those.

I think a bartended will make better tips, as they are getting someone drunk for tips... the drunker they get, the better the tips. I have never gone to the hairdressers drunk...

Hope this helps you and good luck!

Most def a bartender. They entertain customers w/ their tricks and glass-flipping acts and I think they make more tips than a hairdresser.

A bartender probably gets "more" tips but a hairdresser probably gets "bigger" tips. A stripper gets the most of all!
