This is a very general question. Do you mean should we care about the personality more than the looks of a person when we are looking at who to date? In that case yes of course, that's the basis of a deeper meaning in a partnership.
If you mean about moviestars and such, then no, we should be paying more attention to the environment and other real affairs!

Yes! definately..........By looks or style you can get a gf or bf.........but in order to carry on with relatioship your looks does not play a major role but ur personality does. Its ur personality in ur relationship which makes u a good partner or bad partner. Personlity also makes u a good man/woman at ur workplace.......in ur family......in ur friendcircle. I wana ask u the same question.........why shouldnt people care about personalities?..........I think there is no reason. Its only shallowness of young and immature girls and boys who go after looks but sooner or later they get to know the importance of personality.

you are what exist in your mind.
All I said are the elements of your personality.
so it's up to you to care about yourself or not.
