The image was moved or deleted, so I don't know how they were doing it. One way is to give the picture element an id and then define a position for it in the style block. So you have , and in the head of the document something like,

I don't know your CSS skills, you can solve this in different ways using CSS. Do you want you image to be positioned absolutely (x and y coordinates always the same)?

urgh thts difficult, if ur confident with css then use a mix of css and tables to position it exactly where u want it
