I watch TV from my bed and occasionally I rest my head on my hand (to hold it up to watch TV) and usually about an hour leter i get pins and needles in it. Is this normal?

huh????.....oh nvm i get it umm yea like u said well i get it alot to i think its called restless body syndrome i saw it on tv theres medicine u can get for it ask ur doctor about it

Yes, for me, but I think I have Carpal Tunnel Syndrome, because my job is so much repetitive hand motion. My hand & fore-arm goes numb fairly often.
