Ok,My questions from yesterday were answered and solved.I uninstalled the program.Once i went to the "Add and Remove Programs" in the control panel, and selected remove then it said it had been successfully uninstalled and asked if i wanted to remove it from the "Add and Remove Programs"List.I selected Yes,and it removed it.However, when i got an email from the company from which the program was downloaded he told me to search and make sure all the files were deleted.Go to search, all programs and files and search for the name of the program.I did that, and there is One that is named this program and its in C:\Program Files but it wont remove. How do i remove it???

You may have to restart the computer in safe mode (hit f8 at start up) to deactivate the file so you can delete it. Once you delete it restart your computer.

After you do all this download and run CCLeaner from http://www.ccleaner.com to clean up any junk left in the registry by the program.

Install Unlocker. Right click on the file you want to delete and choose Unlocker. Unlocker will delete the file for you. Take note of the program that locked the file in the first place. In some cases you may want to get rid of that program also.

Unlocker is as dangerous as the registry editor for those who don't know what they are doing.

Try the registry keys! Go to Start>run and type regedit, enter and search for it under local machine and delete there. Please be careful and don't delete anything else. And don't attempt this if you are not comfortable. Ask someone who is more experienced to do it (you could mess up your computer commands) Good Luck!
