The difference is that Dale Jr handled yesterday's events with dignity. Carl let his emotions get the best of him and showed his true character. Carl has a history of turning folks into the. He did it to Jr in 04 and he did it to Kyle Petty.

I was cheering Junior yesterday & today. 1st & 6th! YAY!
That crash in the Busch race wasn't Junior's fault. Carl got loose & Junior had no where to go. Carl just acted VERY immature after the Busch race. I hope NASCAR gives Carl a big fine. Carl almost chopped Junior's hand off!
And to the person who said Junior only has like 3 fans, Junior is the MOST popular driver.

it was kind of funny. i mean, mmm, one has to wonder. i mean, what dale did might not have been 100% cool, but carl didn't handle it with so much grace either..
but it is amazing how much difference that day made. who knows. perhaps it had somethign to do with jr not being a regular busch driver?? i mean, i know a lot of the fans that go to busch races are cup fans too..but you also have out and out busch fans there?? who knows.
