Dodge 1978 B200 van back brakes will not bleed i have changed the Master Cyclinder 3 times and the Power booster twice i even checked the lines they are clear nothing in there blocking it. The front brakes will bleed but not the back>Anyone have any idea what it could be?

On a van that old, the FIRST thing I would do is to completely remove the bleeder screws and using a straightened paper clip, clean out the bleeder ports, then be certain that the bleeder screws are also clear, then replace them and try to bleed them.
Failing that, I would check to see that the proportioning valve is not seized or tripped.
Also, some of the earlier proportioning valves had to be manually depressed while bleeding.
As for identifying this valve, it is the block that both brake lines go to directly from the master cylinder, and you will probably find a wire going to it as well.
This is a fairly simple valve, and can be serviced BUT be ABSOLUTELY certain that all parts go back, and in their correct positions.

Probably the proportioning valve is stuck, or tripped in the direction to where it won't allow fluid to the rears. Or maybe even stuck wheel cylinders. I'd try the first choice.

the front or back brake junction box is plugged up & you have to replace it.

sounds like you have to change your wheel cylinders,, there not too expensive,,
