Honestly, I do not believe you are model material, but I am not a model Scout. Have you ever been told by a Scout that you have that special something? Agencies even have Scouts hide out in malls, nightclubs, etc. to "discover" people. Sometimes it happens with pure luck and being "discovered" or you just have to work at it and go from agency to agency with confidence, not arrogance, and someone might think you have that special something. Try your local modeling schools first. They might be affiliated with a reputable agency. I was found in a mall ;) :)!!

I can tell you that the first thing you need to do is create a portfolio with a photographer.
Various head shots with and without gear (glasses, hats, etc.)
Black and white and color shots.
Full body shots in various outfits from very casual to very dressed up and sophisticated.
Expect to spend upwards of $700 to $900. That's per year to keep it updated.
That's when you start your search for agencies.
P.S. At first, you may only get runway jobs and local print ads. If you really want to do this, nothing will hold you back.

Well if you have to come on this to ask if your model material then you mustn't be. If you where that good you would have been spotted long time ago like Kate Moss walking down the street. Don't think Kate came to this asking if she was model material lol
