the red light came on and everything defrosted,so i cleaned it all out and put it back on.the red light still wont go off and its warm.is their a website i can download a manual from the make is whirlpool wcn silver!!!!plz help if u can

Has the fridge freezer got a defrost switch, if so turn it off.
either that or the thermostat has gone. It will need replacing - but it would be cheaper to buy a new one!

Check the Drip tray its under the motor near the heat sink frame , it may be blocked or full of water..! .....This will stop the Freezer from starting up..
