Rub it with a little bit of olive oil (after you've cleaned it properly). Good Luck :-)

Olive Oil: Rub stainless steel sinks with olive oil to remove streaks.
Vinegar: To clean and polish stainless steel, simply moisten a cloth with undiluted white or cider vinegar and wipe clean. Can also be used to remove heat stains on stainless steel cutlery.
Club Soda: Remove streaks or heat stains from stainless steel by rubbing with club soda.

Use whatever cleaner you prefer to clean your stainless steel then take a dry cloth and "buff" it. Simply use a circular motion and it should shine like new. For a little added shine and longer clean try using a wood, or steel polish. I prefer Pledge but whatever you chose. Just spray it on and do the same as I said above.

RE:
How can you clean stainless steel without streaks?

Use a product called sheila shine, Yes Sheila Shine... It works really well. it does leave a slight oily residue that will disappear after an hour or two .

Other wise there are ALOT of different cleaners out there. An emulsion based polish is good because it leaves barely any residue but takes a little more effort.

I'd watch using any natural oils , olive, corn, canola, because they can build up in cracks and turn rancid, also they will support bacterial growth.

Zep's stainless steel cleaner. It is the best and does not leave streaks. I have seen it at HOme Depot.

Soak the stainless steel stuff in warm water and add a pinch of salt to it. Then cover the thing you soaked the steel in with foil. wait for a few mins.

Club soda. We used it at a restaurant that I worked for on all the stainless counters. Works great.
