It made time and motion studies easier to do, increasing burden and stress to the worker, increasing uniformity to labour demand, and made the criterion for dismissal from employment scientifically selective. The assembly line, the conveyor belt and it's machanically arthmetic regularity reduced man to a cog in a machine. The assembly line and its technological enhancements and the exclusivity of private property are instrumental in the production of revolt, rebellion and revolution. At the same time it is simplifiying the intellect, the mind of man is devolved, unrevoluted and unprepared and subsequently society as whole degrades.

Instead of everyone having to walk down the line, putting the same seven screws in the baby seats, now they could just sit there and wait for the baby seats to come to them. This eliminated a great deal of unnecessary exercise and allowed us to become the obese nation that we are, thus giving rise to XXXL sweatshirts and employing many people to make them.
