You're about 60-70 years too late for WW-2. You mean WW-3.

And Israel has a long established record of not attacking anyone who doesn't fire the first shot. That's what so amazing about all the complaints. Every single conflict that Israel has been in has been started by the other side. So, if countries don't want Israel to attack them, the equation is very simple. Don't attack Israel.

As far as the US, that one I have to give you. It seems the current agenda is to antagonize every country out there that doesn't do things the way we want them to, to create a justification for US military forces to go in. We'll see how well that strategy works over the next few years.

You must mean the 3rd World War? We've already had two World Wars.

Iran is presently controlled by a person that boasts that he plans to destroy Israel as soon as he's able. At the same time, he's actively pursuing the creation of nuclear fuel, the type used for bombs, all the while he claims is his right and he does so for energy purposes. His claims he needs the nuclear fuel for energy purposes while his country is one of the most oil rich nations on earth. Only an idiot would not be able to see what he is doing.

Yes, I do believe Iran will be attacked in time. They are on a dangerous path, one that will certainly lead to their destruction. Should they be stupid enough to actually create their own bomb, they would seal their own destruction as Israel has ample supply of nuclear weapons already, and with sophisticated delivery systems. Iran would not stand a chance against them. Their defiant stance against the world is difficult to understand. Just like Saddam Hussein's stand against the USA. Had he complied with the UN provisions, he'd still be in power in Iraq. Now, his execution is almost a certainty.

Only time will tell for sure how all this will end up. Makes me sick to see so many nations squander so much of their resources trying to kill each other.

As much as Israel may want the US to attack Iran, I can't see it happening. Iran is far better equipped than Iraq & look at how that war is dragging on. I agree with "Jellybean", all allies should get the h*ll out of the region. Please do not give me the bull about the evil Taliban. Iagree, they are, but they were empowered by the US to drive out the Russians in the mid '80s financed by the US until 9/11. Noone cared about the abuse of women for all that time.

I'm presuming you mean WWIII?

The current conflict doesn't even come close to the Yom Kippur War in 1973, when Israel faced an Arab coalition (Egypt, Syria, Jordan), not a terrorist group. In 1973, the tensions were worse and there was no talk of a world war. Conflicts between rump states don't count.
