it depends where you are moving from. But, Marco Island Florida is a good cheap choice. New Orleans....bit of work. Sandy beaches. Marco Island definately, and little known with tourists. Hate florida, but the Keys are worth the experience. Sandy beaches. Try Laguna beach on the west coast, just down from L.A. not polluted like L.A. and small. near Santa Monica. I really would not choose the states at all really. and what do you want to go to America for. The world hates it.But, if you are hell bent on it, Laguna beach, big waves sandy beaches, and it is definately u.s.a.

i live in california, its only cheap and i mean only cheap in riverside county, its building up there. the houses are around $350,000, rent is cheap. even cheaper is on the east coast in Rhode Island, houses are around $230,000 in providence. go to link below to check out usa.
